BARRELS

· True interchangeable barrel pillar mount system that never changes "zero"...no matter how many times a barrel is removed from the receiver and replaced. Each barrel features its own sights and set of pre drilled and tapped holes for scope installation

· Rifles and optional barrels available in .36, .45, .50, & .54 caliber along with removable stainless steel breech plug.

· Premium quality, precision rifled Green Mountain Barrels are standard on all models, available in blued, matte, or stainless steel.

· All models feature the Markesbery™ "Outer-Line™" Magnum Ignition System, along with the reliable "Spit-Fire™" nipple at a 45⁰angle to the rear of the breech plug for positive, spontaneous ignition. (Note: This percussion ignition system is just as reliable as any true in-line ignition system, but is still legal where State Regulations prohibit the use of "in-line percussion" rifles)

· Fast 1 in 26 inches rate of rifling twist for superior accuracy with widest possible range of sabot and maximum performance heavy lead conical bullets.

· Rock solid adjustable Williams Rear Sight standard on rifle barrels with front Firesights.

· Every Markesbery™ Rifle can be switched over to super hot primer ignition in just minutes by installing the optional Markesbery™ 400 SRP Magnum Ignition System.

STOCK OPTIONS

· Depending on model, Markesbery™ rifles are available in choice of one-piece design in walnut, several different stylish laminated woods, camo patterns or with a top quality Bell & Carson composite stock (black, crotch walnut or camouflage).

· Stock selection includes standard pistol grip or thumbhole and Monte Carlo design.

· Wide choice of stocks insures there is a grip shape...comb configuration...wood or composite stock to fill practically every shooters need.

· Stocks built with standard 14" length of pull.

· Strong sling swivel studs come installed.

Manitoba Black Bear

This system replaces the nipple of any Markesbery™ KM Rifle and can be installed in less than two minutes. The optional 400 SRP (Small Rifle Primer) Magnum Ignition System puts upward of ten times the fire into the powder charge compared to standard No. 11 percussion caps. The hotter ignition is needed to insure full consumption of heavy 150 grain Pyrodex bullet loads, loaded with a 250 grain Beast Buster Bullet delivering velocity of over 2000 (FPS) feet per second. The system is virtually weatherproof and totally eliminates the chance of foul weather misfires.
